Indonesian Gado Gado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables such as blanched green beans, boiled potatoes, carrots, and cabbage
- 2 boiled eggs sliced
- 8 oz tofu or tempeh cut into small cubes and sautéed until golden
