Sweet and Smoky Chipotle Vinaigrette

Our go-to salad dressing recipe for Santa Fe or Mexican-style salads

Ingredients

  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon oregano dry
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ½ can chipotles in adobo blended
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
